I have a friend who I've invited many times to my church, but she wont come. We've had a very long relationship, and iI won't lie it was bumpy at some times. I really do value her friendship. She was really the first person who was honest with me and in turn the first person i could really be myself around. We've lost touch and I'm trying to be friends with her again, but I can't do that if she doesn't come to church :/. You guys have any sneaky tips as to how i can get her there.

Dear Caleb,
I can understand, to a point, where your coming from. You want to rekindle your relationship with this friend of yours. But forcing church on her, when shes not willing, is not going to help your relationship. If it's doing anything, it may be pushing her away from you. You still need to encourage her in her relationship with God, but maybe you should ease up a little bit. And going to church isn't the only way you can reach out to her. Try to find other places you guys can hang out. Such as the park, the movies, or possibly school basketball games. Just keep trying new things to reconnect with her if you truly want to become closer to her again.
